I have received a receipt for a purchase I never made. Was my account hacked? What should I do?
If you received a bill for a purchase you or your relatives did not make,
you should immediately contact Apple (iOS users) or Google (Android users).
For Apple (iOS users):
1. Visit the Apple Support page
2. Select Music, Apps & Services
3. Select App Store.
4. Select Subscriptions & Purchases > Request a refund.
For Google (Android users):
1. Contact Google Support
